TM Business Group Retreats Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unexpected schedule conflicts can arise. If you won’t be able to attend a retreat for which you have already registered and paid, and we are able to fill your spot with someone from our waiting list, we will happily refund your payment, less a 10% processing fee. If we’re not able to fill your spot, the following refund policy will apply:

One Day Retreats -
Cancellations 30+ days in advance receive 90% refund
Cancellations 15-29 days in advance receive 50% refund
Cancellations less than 15 days in advance are non-refundable

Two Day Retreats -
Cancellations 6+ months in advance receive 90% refund
Cancellations 4-6 months in advance receive 50% refund
Cancellations 2-4 months in advance receive 20% refund
Cancellations less than 2 months in advance are non-refundable
